Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Estimators and Project Administrator for the Major Projects department at their Head Office
Responsibilities to include:
These project management roles will oversee the development and successful completion within the growing Tanks Construction Division within the Major Projects Group.
The team's responsibilities will run from the bidding of the project through to the successful completion and turnover with expectation of working from the project site through the duration of the construction.
Team members will utilize their varied backgrounds in Industrial Construction to maintain project schedules and budgets and exceed the client's expectations in safety and quality of deliverables.
Projects will vary in scope from maintenance to new construction and as such will require flexibility in your ability to plan and schedule multiple tasks and projects at any given time.
Overseeing the safe execution of the work plans and ensuring that all staff and subcontractors are following the company's stringent safety standards throughout all phases of the project.
Liaise with the client and provide regular progress updates through formal and informal meetings with client representatives.
Qualification Requirements
We are putting together a team of experienced professionals who bring a minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Tank construction to the table. This team will develop its own dynamic and continue to grow along with the demand for services.
As the successful candidate, you will bring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with fluency in written and spoken English.
Your organizational skills and ability to work within a strong team dynamic will be key to the success of the project and the team overall.
Ability to develop and maintain excellent business relationships with client representatives, regulatory bodies and subcontractors.
All candidates must be eligible to work within Canada already (consideration will not be given to candidates requiring work permits or sponsorship at this time)
