The Calgary office is growing, and currently looking for a Division Director to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing, mentoring and developing Group Managers.
Driving the growth of the Calgary office by expanding existing client relationships and creating new relationships, to ensure a full pipeline.
Contributing to and promoting the Strategic Business Plan.
Overseeing budgeting and proposal preparation and presentation.
Mentoring and developing staff.
Creating and executing an operations plan to ensure the achievement of HHA strategic objectives.
Assessing the market, client and competitive trends, summarizing external market influences and anticipating marketplace behavior and trends for market segment.
Qualifications:
You are a thought leader. You have in-depth knowledge of the field, which you can leverage for strategic planning purposes.
You are a people leader. You know how to motivate staff and manage teams to help them achieve their greatest potential.
You are a market leader. You can entrench yourself as a trusted advisor with our clients and expand opportunities, and can cultivate relationships and opportunities with new clients.
You are a P.Eng and have 10+ years of experience as an engineering consultant to draw from, ideally in building services.
