Role and responsibilities
- Experience from recruiting (preferably recruitment of engineers/technical staff)
- Technical background preferably from Electro & Instrument, but experience from piping, structural, mechanical or process disciplines is of high interest too
- Strong personal attitude that for us is as important as good technical competencies
- Min. 3-5 years experience from sales or any of the disciplines mentioned above
- Experience from the oil&gas business and good understanding of the technical needs and terminology in our business
- Contact and support of both new and existing clients in the Stavanger's region
- Ability to build up new relations based on trust and understanding of our clients needs
- Some travels have to be taken into account
Qualifications
- Technical background or education
- Creative and able to create good relations both with colleagues and clients
- Curious, enthusiastic and problem solving
- Able to work both alone and in a team
