We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Energy group. The position offers significant opportunity for growth within the organization and will be a combination of intermediate engineering, project management, client liaison, work co-ordination amongst disciplines, and business development work. Most projects will involve working directly with clients and coordinate design activities within our offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management including client liaison and managing the client
- Intermediate level engineering support in the energy/electrical utilities sector
- Writing reports
- Business Development
- Managing sub-consultants
- Working with external agencies
- Perform all other tasks that will help complete the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or all other equivalent training.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Professional Engineer's license in Ontario or will obtain within 1 year
- Knowledge of the energy industry and electrical engineering sector required
- Experience with client liaison and leading projects
- Experience in engineering consulting will be considered an asset.
- Good initiative, attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
