Job Description:
Responsibilities include providing technology support to local and remote users. Support areas include Microsoft Office (2007 experience preferred), printers, phone systems, and various oil & gas applications. In addition to support, this position also creates and deactivates user accounts, provides new user orientation, and trains users in a group setting. Administrative duties include closely monitoring software and hardware maintenance agreements and assisting the V.P. of Information Systems with budget analysis and preparation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical in this position.
 
Experience / Qualifications:
This position requires 1+ years supporting users in a corporate environment and a working knowledge of Windows environment. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 experience is preferred. Individual must be a self-starter and customer service oriented. Ideal candidate has two years of college; Associates degree in Information Technology or related curriculum is preferred. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a plus.
