Job description
• Role will lead the Business teams’ integrated approach to the effective deployment of, and continuous improvement of, organizational capability - process, people and systems as project enters Phase 4 execution.
• Position will ensure effective strategies and resources are in place to deploy business processes across the asset teams and ensure process owners and managers are assigned and effective in leveraging the projects matrix organization.
• Effective deployment delivers successful project outcomes.
• Position directs the development of a Program Management Office to establish strong back office support.
Requirements
• Tertiary qualified or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in process mapping
• Experience leading Change Management Project (or ERP deployment) at Project Manager level
• Ability to function, contribute and debate at Senior Executive levels of the organisation
• Familiarity with Risk process of large complex projects
• Previous experience leading a team
• Oil and gas experience preferred
