Essential Job Duties:
Responsible for reporting, monitoring and analyzing the cost and schedule performance for Centurion projects.
Coordinate between third party firms and engineering, operations, HES and administration for cost dispute resolution of Centurion projects and operations.
Analyze Receivables and Payables and assist with resolution of any long term outstanding items.
Work with internal and external clients to ensure all systems and procedures are in place for cost management.
Responsible for the AFE estimate/reporting, as well as related weekly/monthly reporting.
Responsible for producing detail reports of AFEs upon request.
Assist with the accumulation of information to complete the annual Forecast.
Work with accounting to identify the cause of variances of actual results to Outlook and Forecast.
Assist with the annual inventory audit of the LP&F inventory.
Provide OneOxy user support where needed.
Identify missing agreements and work through the process of getting the missing agreements in place.
Assist Chain Supply Supervisor with expeditor functions on outstanding purchases.
Other projects and functions as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
BS Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years project cost analysis experience in an oil and gas related area, excellent working familiarity with both the accounting and technical elements of projects.
Proven success identifying, forecasting and tracking both capital and expense projects.
Project cost tracking of project budget and AFE’s.
Support engineering in invoice review and ensure proper classification of project expenditures.
Verify project cost of proposed projects
Assist with development of annual budget for projects.
Knowledge of economic evaluation methods and basic project economics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Engineering support – assist with development and maintenance of projects and schedules.
Enjoy working on a multi-disciplinary team and handling multiple challenging projects.
