• Reporting to the Financial Controller for rigs in Australasia you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance tasks.

Your duties will include:

• Ensure compliance with all WDI policies and procedures
• Asset and inventory management
• Management of intercompany transactions
• Review monthly inventory and repairs & maintenance coding and enter general ledger transactions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare journals
• Assist with monthly management reporting
• To be successful in this role you will need to possess a minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in the areas of fixed assets and inventory. Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, effective analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to work within a constantly changing environment whilst maintaining a positive manner, will be essential.
• A recognized accounting qualification is also essential and experience using the SAP Accounting Package is preferred.
